The beginning

Not sure if this will take off or not (due mostly to my laziness), but I plan on chronicling my experiences in the strange world of teaching english as a foreign language. Having just spent a year in China and meeting some very extraordinary people, and teaching my brains out, I've realised that if I want to continue this crazy way of life, I've got to somehow keep better records of my experiences both in and out of the classroom.

I am not an especially fluid writer, and I am painfully aware that at times my writing can be extremely boring and frightfully gappy.

So.

Bearing that in mind, I hope you visit again in the future, when something more substantial will be filling these blank spaces. I hope, someday, to have organised my lesson plans, and anecdotes into some kind of workable resource that will be both helpful and entertaining. Yes, very ambitious I know, but I'm holding thumbs.
